Founded in 1985, Quarrix Building Products has continued to improve the roofing industry with ground breaking innovations.
We wanted to find a marketing partner that was ‘just right’ for us. One who understood our unique brand challenges, offered depth in skillset, was very personal and could be patient due to the many stakeholders at the table. As a company that isn’t large or small, we struggled to find an agency that could fit our company’s culture, size, and marketing needs. Upon a recommendation, we met with Textile, and instantly knew they were the right partner for us. We’re elated with the quality of work Textile has provided us over the past year and a half.
Brand and product positioning is a critical element of a marketing plan. Initially upon collaborating with the team at Quarrix, we facilitated a deep dive brand & product discovery session designed to uncover strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities within the current brand and product positioning strategy. Knowing the brand design refresh was a driving factor for the team, we also uncovered product hierarchy pain points that were hampering the go-to-product marketing & sales processes. We then worked with the Quarrix team creating milestones to tackle the brand identity issues from the ground floor on up. This included re-crafting the overall brand positioning as well as the visual identity, while defining the brand architecture, which was transforming from a sub-branding approach to an endorsed brand model. This carried through the phases for the Textile team to redesign the product naming convention, as well as brainstorming new product names to fit within the new structure.
With their new and effective product positioning and brand strategy the Quarrix team is ensured that their marketing messages resonate with target audiences and compel them to take action. This is also being carried out through packaging and label design, tradeshow booth graphics, and product catalogs, which will mirror the strategy work and support the newly refreshed brand identity with a modern, simplified, approachable and consistent visual style.
