PTG needed an agency partner to deliver a brand refresh, a new CRM strategy and sales enablement tools and training - all supported by a new lead generating website.
From the start Textile partnered with us and dove into discovery sessions that uncovered an understanding of our business and goals. They spearheaded initiatives in all aspects of marketing including a new website re-design and launch, content marketing and demand generation, branding, collateral, employee and recruitment marketing, project management and systems workflows, as well as the build out of our Hubspot CRM. Every marketing and sales enablement area they touch must be with magic gloves, because they make it come to life and tell our brand story to the world. They have made us a stronger and better organization in every effort they have put forth. Although our needs have been expansive, they pay the same attention to the smallest of our requests. I cannot speak highly enough of working with them.
Promotion Technology Group (PTG) came to us with a dilemma – as a successful A/V integrator (think digital screens and hidden speakers in your favorite hotels, stores and restaurants) they were so busy servicing their customers, they didn’t have time to foster new sales leads, head up a much-needed brand refresh and address future growth goals from a demand generation perspective.
They had been in business for more than 30 years, servicing accounts throughout North America, yet they still had potential clients asking if they could supply brilliant interactive video displays anywhere, anytime. PTG had so much to offer their clients, we jumped at the chance to step in and assess the situation.
Setting up a wide scope of work, we embedded ourselves in PTG’s world, reinvigorated their sales and operations systems, revised their brand strategy, punched up their look and feel, redesigned their website and dove into the challenge of getting them the national brand recognition they deserved.
We examined PTG’s sales enablement process and mapped out marketing and campaign strategies in one fell swoop. In 2018 we relaunched their website and facilitated the release of regularly scheduled blog posts and downloadable content offerings resulting in outstanding email capture and lead generation.
Through a sensible organization of PTG's many verticals, dynamic display of images from delighted customer installs, glowing testimonials and a site optimized for demand generation, PTG has seen a huge jump in new client leads and a vastly improved web visitor experience. PTG’s sales team has all the tools they need to sell more efficiently and at a higher volume.
We also extended the new PTG design palette to all their sales and trade show collateral, customer mailings as well as internal communication pieces. As a result, PTG enjoys a sleek, new and unified look that puts them far ahead of their competition. And for the record, no one asks if they’re a nationwide service provider anymore.
