Problem Statements

Postmedia Hub is a platform which has served the business well since it was built, but requires too much development customization at a high cost to keep pace with the changing needs of the business, types of work, and process.
Naviga Ad is a capable ERP for the business, but is 'another thing' for sales to learn.
The business has made an investment in HubSpot's Enterprise platform which has capabilities for consolidating and eliminating some technology in the stack but has not yet been set up to do so.
Forecasting of revenue and work is currently difficult, inaccurate, and inconsistent. There's an opportunity to improve.

goal

Postmedia seeks a streamlining of systems and tools used by sales, fulfillment and accounting that simplifies related processes, relies on automation where possible, and reduces cost.

objective

Replace certain elements of Postmedia Hub with new integrated components.

Current job setup forms will migrate to Jotform which will interface in a variety of ways with HubSpot and also Naviga Ad. Through this process, identify the most frictionless possible workflows for sales team inputs of new opportunities and sales.

Post-sale, enable mechanisms for seamless fulfillment using the Deal & Ticket objects in HubSpot in combination (potentially) with sales tasks, line items & quotes.
